Barb Dennis is the Project Manager for Dr. Fred Morrison’s Pathways to Literacy Lab. The Schooling Effects on Executive Function project is in the final year of a three-year longitudinal study, aiming to investigate the role of schooling on children’s executive function and self-regulation.
She received her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from The University of Michigan in 2015. Her research interests include understanding how executive function, the home environment, adverse and traumatic life experiences and biological markers work together to influence life outcomes. She plans to pursue graduate training in Psychology.
